Please DO NOT send your credit card information through email. If you are paying via credit card you can call me with your numbers.

Online:

At this time I do not take orders via the website.

Custom Orders:

I would be happy to create a custom design to suit your needs & desires. Please contact me with a style and the materials you are interested in.  A 50% deposit is required on all custom creations.

Shipping/Delivery

Free Shipping:

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100.00. All free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priotity Mail.

U.S. & Canada Shipping:

Creations will be shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All packages are automatically insured & require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Internation Shipping (other than Canada) is not available at this time.

Delivery:

Available items are usually shipped within 10 days or purchase. If a custom creation is purchased allow 2 to 4 weeks to ship.

Damaged Items:

If you receive your creation and it has been damaged during shipping, please keep all the original packaging materials and contact me via email at pam@beadedpassions.com or call me at 321.231.5716.

Return Policy:

I stand behind all my work. All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping). If returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment or purchase. Please call or email me before returning an item.

Repairs

If you have a piece of jewelry that is in need of repair, please contact me to dicuss the option of repair.

If a piece of jewelry that was created by me is in need of repair due to normal wear and tear I will repair the piece for free.

Private Policy

All personal information and email addresses provided will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It wil never be shared with any other company for any reason.
